Create Spooky Glow Messages | Art Attack
Create spooky glow messages that magically appear under a black light!
You'll need:
Laundry detergent—slightly watered down, about 1 table spoon of water for every 1/4 cup of detergent, but will vary by brand. Play around with it.
Paint brush
paper/scrap cloth
blacklight—Must have a black light to be able to see the glow!
