This week we talk to local artist and author, Professor Willie Cordy Jr. about his comic City Earth. An exhibition of his work, entitled Beyond the Box, is available at the Offsite Gallery at MacArthur Center. Free & open to the public. Masks and social distancing required. On view through March 5, Monday through Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM, Sunday 12 – 6 PM.
Beyond the Box is a glimpse into the artistic process and artwork of local comic book creator and art educator, Willie Cordy, Jr. "Beyond the Box" explores the comic book world, where imagination becomes a visual reality and creative, out of the box concepts exist.
